Rogers was not wrong in suspecting one of the new recruits might very well be the killer. If we are to effectively protect the others on board this ship and maintain a close watch on the potential suspects, I believe assigning one senior recruit per fresh conscript makes the most logical means. I have already begun the process, but there are too many to just include our designated recruits without leads.
