What I've got is that it was the killer on Selena, Anders says Ghost says it's fast, it can camouflage itself, and has no heat signature. It's got claws, that's from Niko.

Agreed. If we establish a base of operations, we can keep a closer eye on all the new recruits - get an in person head count to find out who's missing - and do sweeps outward to confirm areas of the ship are cleared.
