[A part of him, on first reading the mission, had wanted someone close. And then he'd stopped, because he doesn't want them thinking about him like that. Doesn't want anyone remembering the time he'd seized up and panicked and fought desperately for air.]

Saw someone go through what I think is coming. Don't want anyone to see that.
And I didn't want me to see anyone throwing up my stupid ghosty alien guts all over the snow on Ajna. 8ut Noh-Varr did, and 8ecause of that he was a8le to save my life.
[ Bringing up Noh right now is cruel and she knows it. That's the point. ]

Come on. You know 8etter than this. Your pride isn't more important than your exoskeleton!
[ Vriska is a predictable creature, and the thanks does piss her off. Largely because she thinks he's trying to bait her with those words, and she's too frayed and too angry to brush it off. ]

Fine. Suffer alone. See if I give a shit! Have a grand old fucking time and try not to die. L8r, Garrus.
[You know the nice thing about the CDC tech? As long as Zelos knows someone's ID code and they're in a three mile radius he never has to wonder where they are. It's a complete violation of privacy, abusive, downright cruel in some scenarios. Zelos doesn't have much to excuse it, but he doesn't have the masochism to refrain from using it either.
So after looking up Garrus's current location he's swinging by. I think this means knocking on his rover door, but correct me if I'm wrong, If Garrus looks fine he's completely ready to make up some bullshit and go on his merry way. But. But... He does owe Garrus one doesn't he? This is something he's not inclined to shirk from.]
[For a few moments Garrus debates answering the door or not. He feels like shit. But he'd told Noh-Varr to find him, and he's not wanting to be a jerk to people. When he answers the door, Garrus doesn't look good. His mandibles are sagging and there's no energy in his eyes or his arms.]
Asking for who plays games, not asking for who has advanced info. Yeah, Red and Blue probably have more of a head's up, wouldn't be surprised. But that doesn't mean they all play things.
Hm. There's your first lesson: be specific. Leave no room for errors or for interpretation in your words. I am one of those who plays those games and we will absolutely find loopholes to our advantage.
