It is. I had no idea humans were that... that. Most of the time they seem way too hung up on the whole sex thing. They can't just go have it, they can't admit that they like it...

Well in this case it's a metaphor--she's not literally singing about sex with an extraterrestrial, she wants an exotic human boy to sweep her away from dreary boredom.

Humans allow themselves a lot of excess in art they wouldn't otherwise. That is one of the many purposes of it.
